How many dogs can I add?
Free users can add up to 3 dogs. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited dog profiles. Upgrade to Premium to manage your entire kennel without limits.
How do I add photos to my dog's profile?
In your dog's profile, tap the camera icon or "Add Photo" button. You can take new photos or select from your photo library. Add up to 5 photos per dog with Premium.
Can I track my dog's health records?
Absolutely! Add vaccination records, medical treatments, preventive care, and set reminders for upcoming appointments. Keep all your dog's health information in one place.

How do I create a litter record?
Go to the Litters section and tap "+". Select the sire and dam from your dogs, enter the breeding and whelping dates, then add individual puppy records as they're born.
Can I track puppy development?
Yes! Record each puppy's weight, photos, health records, and important milestones. Track their growth from birth to placement in new homes.
How do I build a pedigree chart?
Add ancestry information in each dog's profile by selecting their parents. TailTrace automatically builds beautiful pedigree charts that you can view and export.
Can I export pedigree charts?
Premium and Breeder subscribers can export high-quality pedigree charts as images. Perfect for registration papers, breeding records, or sharing with other breeders.

What's the difference between Premium and Breeder plans?
Breeder plan includes everything in Premium plus professional breeding management tools, advanced litter tracking, breeding marketplace integration, and comprehensive reporting tools.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
Go to Settings > Premium Features and select your desired plan. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store and can be cancelled anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your App Store account settings. You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your billing period.

How do I set up reminders?
Add events in the Calendar section or directly from a dog's profile. Set custom reminders for vaccinations, vet appointments, breeding dates, and other important events.
Can I sync with my phone's calendar?
Yes! TailTrace can add events to your device's calendar app, so you'll never miss an important appointment or deadline.

The app isn't loading my data
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check your internet connection and ensure you're signed in with the correct account. Contact support if problems continue.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings > Premium Features and tap "Restore Purchases". This will restore any active subscriptions associated with your Apple ID.
I'm having trouble with photos
Ensure TailTrace has permission to access your photo library in Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos. If photos aren't uploading, check your internet connection.
Can I use TailTrace on multiple devices?
Yes! Sign in with the same account on all your devices. Your data will automatically sync across iPhone, iPad, and other iOS devices.

How do I change my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions to modify or cancel your TailTrace subscription.
I was charged but don't have premium features
Try tapping "Restore Purchases" in Settings > Premium Features. If the issue persists, contact support with your purchase receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly to request a refund for your subscription.
